Buyers: More Homes Sold, Less Competition in Osage Beach

Osage Beach saw a 42% jump in homes sold and a 24% increase in pending sales compared to last year. Yet, inventory dropped nearly 10%, and months of supply fell sharply. Buyers have more options closing, but less competition means more time to choose and negotiate.
